About Us

We’re James & Jeffry — the people behind Broadway City Scape. We met by chance in Hong Kong in 2013 while both passing through on vacation — Jeff was living in Perth, and James in Seattle. What started as a spontaneous connection eventually led us to hosting. For the past three years, we’ve been welcoming guests to thoughtfully designed stays in Seattle’s Broadway and Capitol Hill neighborhoods. Each space is cozy, creative, and curated with care, with local tips to help you experience the city like a local. We’ve always loved traveling (97 countries and counting), and that perspective shapes how we host — focusing on comfort, small details, and making each stay feel personal. When we’re not working on our spaces, we’re usually traveling or spending time with our cats.
